All prices on valenrove.com are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers, including Shopify-supported payment services. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our own systems.

By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charge for the products, taxes, and any clearly disclosed charges associated with your order.

In some cases, your payment provider may place an authorization at checkout before the transaction is completed. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, any applicable authorization will be released or voided according to your payment provider's timing.

We may cancel, limit, or refuse an order when we reasonably believe there is an error in pricing or availability, suspected fraud, unauthorized use, an address issue, or another legitimate fulfillment concern. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
